The Beginning of the Declutter...So What Do I Need?

I am going through my clothes and decided what I need and what I don't need. Now, my post could come off.....worldly?! But I want you to hear me out as to why I am picking these clothes as essential. Ultimately, it doesn't matter what clothes you have, as long as you have clothes on, that's what is really important but I know that for myself, in order to tame the need to buy clothes often and to still feel fashionable, I have come up with my perfect wardrobe. Based on classic pieces that never go out of style, you won't have to get rid of things in your closet, especially if they are good quality clothes. My rule is 100 items. Really, you don't need more, although you may think so, but I know for me, I always go back to my favorite items. So why not have everything in your closet be your favorite? Some items I have, and in the future if I ever need to purchase, I will only be getting what is on the list. In the long run, I think I will be saving a ton of $!

Getting Rid, As a Way To Get More

I'm a big believer that if we declutter our lives, then we have space for better opportunitites to come and to become our true selves. The type of decluttering I'm talking about is our physical objects we own, decluttering our bodies from extra weight that's weighing us down, decluttering our minds by forgiving and letting go, decluttering our time that is wasted on things that don't matter. I'm tired of feeling tired, weighed down by things that don't matter. Physical, spiritual, mental, emotional, I want peace in my life, the kind of happiness that doesn't go away.
Though I believe in this, addiction plagues my everyday choices. From the amount of sugar I eat, to the amount of times I have to check my Facebook in a day, to the everyday nap I've been taking almost my whole life. Is it normal to be so tired?! I don't think so, I think it's an option, but change has to take place.
This change won't be easy. Even part of me doesn't want to because I know it won't be easy. There's what society says is a need and will make you happy, and then there's truth. Most of us our in denial and instead we keep stuffing our faces in front of the TV because then we don't have to deal with real life. We make our lives complicated to please, to look "normal", because we worry about things that may or may not happen in the future, and the list goes on! Mostly everyone I see including myself is a slave to something. Things we're not even aware of.
So here's to decluttering, here's to letting go, to making concious choices, and changing my life.

To be continued...

Chris Beat Cancer Dot Com

Chris was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer at the age of 26 years old. After getting a gold sized ball tumor out of he didn't feel right about chemo therapy and searched for alternative ways of healing himself. After almost 10 years later, he is cancer free and thriving! Since then he has found several people who have healed themselves of cancer and other dis-ease from their bodies. He now spreads his story, others who have healed, and his information with others on his website and through his youtube channel Chris Beat Cancer. Please take the time to educate yourself on options of healing whether it be cancer, diabetes, depression, etc. Alternative clinics healing cancer have had higher success rates than allopathic doctors do. Medical doctors have even switched to more alternative ways in their practice because he have found truth and found that modern day medicine does not heal.
